Lubrikote AL 29 (Die coating) |
Is a very insulating coating for gravity and low pressure die casting dies. It contains highly insulating minerals and resists thermal shocks and abrasion deterioration
during production cycles.

Lubrikote 140 (Die Coating) |
It is a general purpose, medium fine dressing coating with high insulating
properties with good surface finish. It is recommended to use this coating on
gravity die casting dies with standard geometry.

Lubrikote Ladle Coat L (Pouring Cup Coating) |
Is a long lasting protective coating for pouring cups and ladles in gravity die
casting. Its main purpose is to avoid iron pick up and maintain metal temperature
before production cycle.

Lubrikote 3400 (Stalk Tube Coating) |
It is a long lasting protective coating containing boron nitride in water dispersion.
It performs extremely well on ceramic and CI stalks in low pressure die casting. |
Lubrikote AI227 (Highly Insulating Die Coating) |
This product is a very highly insulating long life die coating with coarse texture for
gravity and low pressure dies in aluminuim foundries. It is specially developed for
application in critical die areas where maximum flow ability of molten aluminum
and heat insulation is required. |
Lubrikote 111 (Graphite Based Die Lubricants) |
This product is a semi-colodial graphite, suspended in water. This lubricant is
generally used on metal parts like cores, slides and other moving parts of gravity
or low pressure die casting parts. It has excellent heat conducting and lubrication
properties giving maximum protection and lubrication to metal surfaces. |
Lubrikote 212 (Graphite Based Refractory Coating) |
It is graphite in water based refractory coating in paste or liquid form. It provides a uniform refractory coating coverage on sand cores to get an excellent casting strip and finish on casting of iron, aluminum and copper based alloys. |
Fluxes |
Lubrikote GR 113 (Cleaning & Drossing Granulated Flux) |
Cleaning and drossing flux in granulated form suitable for treating molten
aluminum alloys in crucible or reverbatory furnaces. Not suitable for alloys
containing more than 3% magnesium and hypereutectic Al Si alloys. |
Lubrikote GR 111 (Cleaning & Drosslng Granulated
Flux) |
Cleaning and drossing flux in granulated form suitable for treating molten
aluminum alloys in crucible or reverbatory furnaces. Not suitable for alloys
containing more than 3% magnesium and hypereutectic Al Si alloys. |
Lubrikote GR 112 (Ca & Na Free Cleaning & Drossing Granulated Flux) |
Cleaning and drossing granulated flux suitable for treating molten aluminuim and
alloys where magnesium content is more than 3% and hypereutectic Aluminuim
silicon alloys (Si>13%). |
Lubrikote C 10 (Furnace walls cleaning tablets) |
This product has been specially formulated to reduce oxide formation and dross
that adhere on the furnace walls. It offers the advantage in getting clean metal
avoiding hard inclusions, corundum and long maintenance work. |
Lubrikote 88 (Furnace wall cleaning flux) |
This product is a powder flux used in open flame melting furnaces of foundries
melting aluminuim alloys. This product is capable to clean and remove from the
refractory lining the thick layers of oxides formed by metal, heat and flame in the
area of molten metal contact with furnace lining |
Lubrikote 11 S (Covering and drossing powder flux) |
Lubrikote 11 S is a covering and drossing flux. Lubrikote 11 S reduces formation of
oxide inclusions in liquid metal. Lubrikote 11 S is recommended for all Aluminium
alloys except aluminuim-magnesium alloys >3% and hypereutectic alloys. |
Lubrikote C 19
(Nitrogen degassing Tablet) |
Lubrikote C19 is a washing degassing and cleaning tablet for aluminuim alloys.
The tablet dIssolves by metal temperatures, releases nitrogen gas capable to
remove hydrogen dissolved in the metal and all non-metallic impurities floating in
the bath. This product is not suitable for aluminuim-magnesium alloys above 3%. |
