Graphite Based Forging Lubricant
Lubriforge™ series are Graphite-based Forging Lubricants are concentrated dispersions of high quality micronized colloidal graphite in water with a superior release property which is essential for the manufacture of deep cavity and intricate parts like crankshafts with counter weights. They provide excellent performance over a wide range of die temperatures with smooth flow and low friction.

When used at recommended dilutions, the Lubriforge™ series of forging lubes has demonstrated excellent lubricity and increased die-life.

Our Lubriforge range of forging lubricants are also available n non graphite chemistries suitable for steel, aluminum and titanium forging.

Synthetic Lube
The Synthetic Lube consist of solution of extreme pressure additives, film forming agents and expulsion agents. It is free from graphite and other pigments. When sprayed on to hot die surface forms a clear film which bonds extremely well to the die providing excellent die-wear protection and enhanced metal flow during forging.

Aluminium & Brass Forging Lube – Oil & Water Base
These speciality Lubricants have been formulated with several hydro treated oils, viscocity enhancers and high temperature lubricity additives. It eliminates or reduces smoke emission and evolution of gasses. It contains unique synthetic lubrication additives, prolonging plunger tip and shoot sleeve life. The product is avaliable in both oil and water.
